This paper is really a triumph for us. A great replacement for the trusty (and somewhat rusty) Kalita Wave paper that our brewers were designed to use initially ? with the same brew times but much cleaner, more transparent results. A premium paper stock from Japan is the basis of our new wave-shaped paper with superior results at comparable prices. We know this is what all manufacturers say about their own paper ? but we really mean it. We have tested them all and this is the best option ? period.
